Why do we wish to take that vacation.
Is it because it is something that people do?
Take a vacation so that you can take pictures, see sites and talk about it fondly for years to come?
Is it because we get a few weeks off each year and those weeks are vacation weeks? We feel guilt if we do not take an actual vacation after years of spending those weeks tooling around the house or apartment?
Do we want to take that vacation to meet new people. Visit an exotic place and maybe even find romance?
Do we imagine a vacation as an escape from all of our problems? A visit to a new world where the problems and concerns of our everyday world are left behind for a while.
Perhaps it is all of the above or none of the above. At this site we will try to help you discover the reason for your first vacation plans. The place that you wish to go and how to prepare for this journey. Every world traveler has to start with the first journey. For some of you it will be as simple as a car or bus or train trip that covers a few hundred miles and for others it will be a plan trip that takes your half way around the world.
